These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“Customer”), whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Customer”), and Hailey Nails (“we," “us,” “our,” “Hailey Nails,”), concerning your access to and use of haileynails.com (the “Site” or “Website”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

You may experience shipping delays due to high volume of orders and postal service. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed  by 3PM EST will ship within approximately 3 Business days,while pre-orders will ship within approximately 5 Business days.

US Shipments can take up to 7-14 business days for delivery; shipments to other countries can take up to 10-15 business days.

Please note: Prices are displayed in USD. The shipping cost shown at checkout does not include any import fees, taxes, and brokerage charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility; consider these potential costs before placing an order. Refused packages will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Value of goods will be refunded, but initial shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.

  • Standard shipping, US (orders $69+): FREE shipping
  • Standard shipping, International except US（(orders $75+): FREE shipping

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order,email us at Haileynails@outlook.com.We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address,shipping address, or order quantities and details) can be made.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

There are no exchanges or refunds due to health, safety standards and product customization. Please measure your nails and double check all purchases before checkout。

If you experience any defective or shipping issues please email us at Haileynails@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a detailed description of the issue, your order number and a clear photo of the defective product.  All information received will be reviewed for a replacement product to be issued. Hailey Nails is not responsible for any set that has been damaged while under the customer's care.

 

HAILEY POINTS

To participate in the Program you must be 18 years or older. No purchase is necessary for Hailey Points.

Neither accounts nor Program points may be shared or combined. Only you paying for the products may accumulate points. You will not receive points on purchases, which are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in Hailey Points.

Hailey Nails is not responsible for points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity. Suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of Hailey Nails issued vouchers, coupons and certificates or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall result in termination of membership.Hailey Nails reserves the right to audit membership accounts at any time.

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. For every $1 spent, members earn one (1) points.  Members may redeem points for rewards offered. If an eligible order or parts of an eligible order are returned, canceled, exchanged, the points issued for that order or part thereof will be adjusted accordingly in the member’s account. Members cannot receive reward points for purchases made prior to joining the Program.

Points can only be accumulated and rewards redeemed at www.Haileynails.com. Points cannot be redeemed until credited to the member’s account.

Unused Hailey Points do not expire. All Hailey Points rewards are subject to availability.

Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from points awarded under the Program are the responsibility of the member.
